What is Whey Protein Isolate (90%)?
Whey Protein Isolate is widely regarded as the finest form of protein available due to its unprecedented high protein content. Whey protein isolate has been filtered to remove fat and lactose enabling a 90% protein concentration. An essential macronutrient, protein is used by the body in the process of building and maintaining muscle mass. Each recommended serving provides a 32g of protein alongside 7.5g of BCAAs which enhance proteins’ muscle building properties. Added vitamins and minerals are also included to aid protein synthesis, ensuring protein is absorbed and used efficiently by the body.

Directions of use
For best results take within 30 minutes of exercise. Suggested serving size is 36 grams, approximately 3 level scoops. Mix with 300ml milk or water and add Healthspan Elite Flavour Drops to your personal taste.
